AOC AG271QG Thread - 1440p 144Hz GSync IPS - Page 6

I think QC is the biggest question mark. If they can be consistent with the similar panel they should get a lot of business.

Which of those is better? Tftcentral never tested the XB271HU.

the 02.6 panel on the XB271HU is better

its the best 27" 1440p 144/165Hz IPS panel as far as I know (although I dont know which panel that Eizo Foris FS2735 uses)

And we'll also be keeping an eye on what panel the viewsonic XG2703 same-stats equiv to the Aoc / acer / asus uses too: http://gaming.viewsonic.com/XG2703/

true, although frankly I have more faith in the AOC than in the Viewsonic

I also think that XG2703-GS will be overpriced even compared to Asus/Acer

Is it 100% confirmed that the Acer uses a different/better panel than the Asus?

I was under the impression it was just a community myth from various anecdotes stemming from sentiment like 'they seem to have less issues'.

kind of out of topic of this thread but i need your advice here , do i get one of these new IPS or wait for a an OLED for the next year like Dell UP3017Q ? and is it going to make a huge deference ?

If you have the disposable income to casually afford the OLED Dell, you probably could afford to buy both wink.gif

Dell will lower the price by next year and we might get it for 2k and these IPS are not cheap either smile.gif but after spending time today on some research i think i will wait for the next year and we might see some good OLED for desktop .

is it possible we get OLED with good input lag less than 10ms ( not pixel response as its already less than 1 ) by next year ?
