It's tight, but it works. As long as your USB 3.0 Plug isn't down there you should be fine.

^^This. It is pretty tight with my ATX board and fans. I tried to fit a 360 EK PE Rad at the bottom but both the Audio and USB connector block the Rad from being completely flush with the screw holes.

are you planning on throwing just one 360 in there or are you going to go for two?

This case is pretty good for matx, you can go two 360 rads easily for cheap + tempered glass. It won't look weird with a matx mobo in too because the bottom rad + fans will be covering up any empty space. I'd still prefer some kind of matx dual chamber design where you could put the rads and psu on the other side and shorten the case height though.

I plan on only using a 360 but I ordered a pair of Prolimatech ultra sleek vortex (120x15) to see if I can squeeze a 240 rad on the floor of the case.

You should be able to fit even a 360 on the bottom with an atx board like this

Unless you are going SLI or CF the height of a RAD plus fans doesnt seem to be a problem but the width is showing to be a problem. My front panel connections that go to the bottom of the MB stick out too far for the RAD at the bottom to align with the screw holes. These comments are formulated using an ATX board.
