That 1070 is a beast coming from 970/980.

DSR is not a wow factor playing @ 1080p imo thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif but I will agree that a 1070 is a beast coming from a 980 which is even more reason for myself to wait until 1170/1180 (or whatever Nvidia decides to call the next gpu) thumb.gif

I always have good timing checking OCN.

Yea those things are beastly at the price point. 8gb Vram on top of that and I'd sell that 980 and run with it. You can figure out the 1080p/60Hz thing later. Also, you can never have too much GPU. There are always settings that can bring a GPU to its knees. Even at lower res.

Have to admit that I'm jealous that you can get such an upgrade for so low a price. tongue.gif
