Huge BCLK Spikes 73.5 - 111.8 and Random Shutdown no BSOD

Hello, i started to get some random shutdowns on a 5 year old pc i have.

The shutdown is like a power cut and there is nothing on event viewer or bsod.

Other symptoms i have is the usb 2.0 ports are not working and strange bclk values on monitor hwinfo

There is some coil noise too, and psu thermal seems hot sometimes, but this psu you can't control the fan so i don't even know if fan works properly .

CPU: i7-2600k
Motherboard: Asus P8P67-Pro
PSU: Antec Truepower 650w
GFX: 970 G1

Do you think is PSU going bad the cause or can be the motherboard? I have some random freezing on low intensive applications when using balanced mode with audio distortion, never happened on games.

Is the coil whine noise a new issue and does it come from the PSU itself??
If so then I think it is pretty safe to say it is most likely the PSU.

PSU makes some specially when i leave pc off for some time, started to notice it after starting to turn off the pc. It was a 24/7 PC for 5 years.

There is even more coil whine noise when GFX is on full load, but both make it.

I definitely would replace it as soon as possible then, so that it does not end up frying the whole system.
