There are a couple of goods ones. I didn't even list all. That's only on top of my head

Maybe you just have a very specific taste

Not to mention he's acting like he can't buy existing exclusives...

This is still really unclear. Is he talking about on store shelves or in our homes? Is it a PS4 add-on? It apparently has it's own CPU, GPU, and RAM, so it doesn't seem like an add-on from that perspective, but then the quote makes it sound like an add-on.

Surprised no one picked up on this yet. To me it sound that 4K will be an add on to existing PS4, which is the only reasonable solution to keep millions of existing customers happy (including this one). Now, I can't recall an add on ever succeeding. SEGA CD anyone?

If it is an addon I will be so pissed as I sold my PS4 biggrin.gif

At least I just hope they announce a slim PS4 if the new 4K thingy is an add on.

However I DO NOT think it will be an add on. Cant speak for certain though.

I would just take the news at face value for now, another entire console unit that will occupy some space in the entertainment stand.

All information points to the 4k PS4 being a complete system...You can't add-on anything that will achieve the HD functionality in that product.

Above/Beyond that - It's definitely coming out this year...Reports are that Flextronics is already pushing other production runs around to facilitate...

This is more than a rumor and it'll most likely be out in Q4 considering that's when VR is announced...

don't know how you get that. they're just going to keep on pooping old PS4's to keep on selling them APU's they bought off AMD. They have always sold the older model system along side a newer one since PS1. anyway, this talk is very vague of the new PS4. polaris or not it will not play games at 4K or they would straight up say it instead of "4K content", "UHD resolution" and "richer graphics" which are all open for interpretation.. expect 4K video and such, 1440p gaming if we're lucky. The fact that they say it will be proftable at launch means Polaris 11 and a $549 price tag.
