The import customs aren't that big, the VAT is far worse. Plus do you think the shops will project the lower buying price into their selling price? LOL no, dream about it, they will keep that extra profit to themselves and prices will not drop for the end consumer anytime soon.

You're in EU, Negative Nancy. Use geizhals.de and order from abroad.

You don't. It's only one game.

Also, there are only four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. No need to worry about them either.

I kid. By the time you care, you'll have your $1200 Volta in-hand with a full Async Shader engine.

With the 1080 and 1070 out already I wouldn't be surprised if AMD just trashes their own NDA... the only thing its doing is hurting them this late in the game...

Yeah and that helps zero because the VAT is about the same all around EU and even if you find like 10 EUR better deal elsewhere it's not worth the extra 20 EUR you have to pay for international shipping if the shop will ship you a single GPU at all.

So you're essentially saying that every retailer in EU is price fixing? Well aren't you all sunshine and rainbows. Or is retailer mark up not an issue anymore and it's all about big bad VAT? I've ordered several parts for my builds from Germany, saving as much as 50€ on a 300€ part at times.

Dear PCTuning, where is your damn card?
Nothing there yet. I can translate if there will be something worth translating.
They said they expect the 2 cards to arrive this week and test to be done on them on 20-24.6. if it all goes to plan.
Which is from 10.6. next week they should arrive, 2 weeks later the tests should be done.

I don't think those 2-3days before NDA ends is gonna be much really. Best bet is if someone has a friend or works in distribution of hardware or a shop that has already received these cards, then get your hands on it and run a few tests.
The reviewers are often slow because they have other things to do as well beside reviewing 1 card. Shame I know. It could have arrived yesterday and the results could be shown today, but no they need a week for it lachen.gif
