Ek spc and how to setup drain

Does the ek spc resevoir pump combo come with a fill port if not how do i fill my loop? And can i just buy a Y-splitter with a male-male fitting and a fill port and make that a drain port? I'll be using PETG tubing btw.

Add a T-splitter on the inlet then add a ball-valve. Simple as that.
