Still waiting on a few things but could not wait to start assemble. I know my picture could be better and I will get my friend to take some money shots when it is all said and done but I really did not want anyone to see it till I got this far.

Mounting the powder coated (finished) backplate to the frame with the purple painted caps. You can also see the hole for the lighting switch in these photos. The grooves for the cable can be seen better now as well.

Mounted the case feet. Was very happy with the way the purple painted caps looked.

Installed the motherboard tray mounts. Wish I had done these differently but you live you learn. Still happy all around.

Final views of case assembly

The green and purple look a lot better in person. If you want to see what the green looks like go here http://www.columbiacoatings.com/store/p/33-Dormant-Granny-Smith-Green-TGIC.aspx

Now its on to the parts.

A few parts completed. I hope.

The gpu block mounted, painted fittings, painted backplate and logo decal

The ram painted and reassembled

Radiator painted with grill powder coated green and installed with purple painted screws

Motherboard reference pic

Motherboard stock decals removed, purple painted shroud, block mounted with mounting screws painted and logo decal, purple fittings and samsung 950 pro installed.

Reservoir with painted pump and purple rings but I still need to resleeve the cable

That is it so far. I am no B-neg or others on here but I have pored my heart and soul into this build. I know this type of build is not for everyone and still not sure how it will all come out but happy with the progress so far. Will get more done this coming week and if not this weekend.

Update- Realized my idea for mounting the motherboard is not going to work so I ordered some different mounts. When they arrive I will go forward.

Update- continued with final assembly today. Made some good progress but still more to go. Here are a few shots of what I have so far.

was a little nervous about painting the few black fittings and valve but they came out as I had hoped.

Like I have said before, I will take some money shots when it is all done.

Hope to finish the build this week if all goes well. Pretty pleased with how things are looking so far.

Got the light switch wired up and sleeved today plus the power and reset buttons installed. But I mainly focused on wiring.

Lighting switch is bottom right but I forgot to take pictures of the power and reset buttons.

Still waiting on standoffs.
