That's going to limit your radiator options to thinner radiators, which may or may not be an issue, depending on your exact plans. The Luxe has space to mount fans above the mounting plate, so you could fit a fan on top of the radiator in that position, but the Pro won't have space for a fan on that end of the radiator with a drive in the top 5 1/4" bay. A shorter fan controller in the top bay might provide clearance for a fan in the Pro, but you'd be taking a gamble. If you really want a case from Phanteks with a 420 rad & 3 optical drive bays, the Enthoo Luxe is the minimum I would consider, & I would strongly suggest considering the Enthoo Primo, which should have better clearance in the top and provides 5 optical drive bays, so you can use the lower bays if your radiator is thicker.
I'll leave recommendations for other brands to those that have experience with them.

haven't decided yet anyway but I think Phanteks case is the only option I have, I'll look into the pro and Luxe which is more cheaper or depends on the budget when I decide to change my tower.

So, can we get more details? We now know you need a case no wider than 10". Do you have any height or length restrictions? What are you planning to use in the 3 drive bays? How thick a radiator do you want to use, & are you planning push, pull, or push-pull?
Without knowing these details, I would already suggest avoiding the Enthoo Pro. It's a great case & a decent price @ $100 MSRP, with occasional sales as low as $75, but it can't realistically make use of all drive cages and the 420 radiator with fans simultaneously.
The Enthoo Luxe is a bit more expensive @ $150 MSRP, with rare sales as low as $110, but it gives you the space to mount your fans in pull above a sub 40mm thick 420 radiator & still have full use of all 3 drive bays.
