I've never seen a performance hit on newer drivers. Only on games that updated visuals, which makes sense.

I was just listing that was a wrong thought process.
Because benchmarks synthetic or in game are huge datapoints to still list.
Maybe my post came off wrong.

but why they keep on adding extra fan. gigabyte doesn't have extra fans, everything is cooled by AIO.

Are those MSI series pascal cards uefi compatible so that the uefi of the mobo can use the 'fast boot' mode?
