With that size of radiator, it seems like you should run from pump to rad. first. then to CPU block. better temps, plus you'll be able to run from CPU block, to Mobo mosfet, then to the graphics cards. and will clean the routing up a bit.

Nah its better the way i have it.
The current order is
Pump to cpu to mosfet to radiator to gpu to rad to res and back to pump.

That way the water is cooled after the cpu for the cards, and cooled after the cards for the cpu.

Nah ive built lots of wc machines before. They dont leak inless you do something horribly wrong.
