What voltage readings are safe?

I understand that the voltage readings through the sensors are not generally accurate but I have now used this PSU on 3 different rigs and the readings have come out similar. I don't have an oscilloscope or even a multimeter to check directly. I am hoping to get a multimeter on it later this week. My build is new but I couldn't afford a new PSU yet so I am hoping this one is within reason to use for a few months without risk to my new components. I don't have much experience with checking power supplies so I am wondering what voltage ranges are safe? I would assume it is not supposed to fluctuate much. Are these numbers "safe" if they turn out to be accurate?

Yes, assuming these values are accurate (no, they're not) I see no issue here.

Thanks I just am not sure how far they are supposed to fluctuate. The 3.3v is at 3.4 under load, the 5v at 5.13 and the 12v is at 12.288v. Just not sure if that is a safe difference.

I also wonder why the sensors are not accurate? What is the difference between the sensor and say a multimeter? Does it not function in the same way or similar? Why would the sensor not be accurate? I am just curious why the sensors are not to be trusted? What about the sensors make them inaccurate?

Because these are software readings which should never be used and instead using a digital multimeter will give you the correct voltage readings.

And those readings are in safe bounds and PSU specifications. If it goes too far off the voltage rails then that's when you start to worry. A bit of fluctuation like that is fine.
