Hi guys,

first, sorry my poor English.smile.gif

I have a noob question.

When I purchased nvida cards in amazon.com and ship it to outside US,What will effect manufacturer's warranty ?
I know EVGA has global manufacturer's warranty.
But ASUS? MSI? GIGABYTE? ZOTAC?
No warranty for Non-US users ?

I checked manufacturer local and global website but no answer found.
(Global website has "See local site" and local website has "when you purchased on Japanese reseller...")
(I live in japan)

If you allowed RMA form outside US , Please teach me how to do it.

The issue here is warranty/rma laws are different based on countries. For example if i buy something from another EU country id have to send it back to the reseller in the other country or contact the company and see what they say if they even ask.

You need to read the actual US warranty file for what you buy from which company. As far as i know US warranty is only available to US customers because of laws.

Meaning if you buy something from the US amazon and you live in Brazil or Argentina the company has every right to refuse you RMA/Warranty.

Its very tricky and finicky and you can always call and ask them, sometimes though youll be lucky and theyll RMA it sometimes they wont really depends.

If you live in Japan buy from Japan unless its something you can't find at all. Its not worth the headache.

Correct, no warranty as the item wasn't brought in by local distributor.
