Opinion on build

Hi all, im looking to upgrade my PC a little bit by the end of the month or beginning of next and i need your help with motherboard and RAM

I will be getting :
core i5 6600k

MB: option 1 - GA-Z170-D3H - 136$
option 2 - GA-Z170-Gaming K3-EU - 149$
option 3 - GA-Z170-HD3 - 149$
This are the 3 cheapest z170 motherboards and only difference i can see in specs is all 3 have different LAN and USB 3.1-A/C ( dont really care about this )

For RAM my options are:
GSkill Aegis 2x8GB 2400MHz - 82$
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2666MHz - 87$
Kingston Savage 2x8GB 2400MHz - 99$
Gskill RipJaws 2x8GB 2400MHz - 100$
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3000MHz - 106$
GSkill RipjawsV 2x8GB 3000MHz - 106$
No clue what to look for here. Only meaningful difference i can see is Kingston kit has 10 year warranty and the rest has 5 ( cant say i care much about this since im used to 2-3 years of warranty on rest of the stuff i bought )

Rest of the parts are from my previous build.

TY in advance

I just placed an order for a friend of mine and I bought the following for a good budget build.

I'm giving him an old Lian Li pc case, psu, hhd, and gpu. The only thing he needs to upgrade is the gpu and then get an SSD.
Maybe this will help?

ty

I ordered z170 gaming k3 and ripjawsV but had to change to vengeance 2666 since they dont have the ripjawsV or 3000mhz vengeance anymore.
