In Win 805 Infinity (Infinity Mirror) Insight

Thread Starter

We were proud to introduce the 805 Infinity back at CES 2016! At the time, we hadn't decided if we were going to produce the computer chassis. We asked the PC building community if they liked the 805i. The feedback that was provided was an overwhelming yes! Countless messages of approval and inquiries about the potential release of the 805i came flooding in. We decided to place it in production as a result.

The 805i features an infinity mirror on the front panel, and it is ROG certified!

The mirrored effect does have an RGB function that can be controlled with an ASUS motherboard that supports RGB capabilities. However, the RGB effect will work regardless of what motherboard you own. Simply, download our HALO Driver from our official website, and the function can be adjusted in that way too.

Currently, we are expecting the 805 Infinity to go on sale in early July in the U.S. (not sure about regions).

It will MSRP for $250. thumb.gif

For more information regarding the 805i, please visit our official website. We will update this thread as soon as we receive more news. Let us know if you have any questions. smile.gif

Awesome case, looking forward to the release. One question, is the ROG branding on the glass panel removable?

Can I get one without the inwin logo in infinity mirror?

You guys have gotten really bad with plastering your name on newer cases...

Shame is a midtower. I have a RVE 10 edition that needs a home.

Maybe that effect can also go to the 909 or some full sized, e-atx supporting tower? thumb.gif

It's not impossible, but also not easy to do or recommended.

Nope. thumb.gif Joking aside, we appreciate the feedback, and will forward this to our R&D department for future product consideration.

It is an interesting idea for the future. Still, the 909 is a good option without the infinity panel. The upcoming 509 is also a great case to consider if you are looking for a full tower.

509 looks very nice. Is there any led lights in the front? Does the Logo light up? When does this tower come out?

The logo is RGB capable and is expected to come out either August or September.

I'm liking the 509 too....

A few questions:
Max number of 3.5in drives at once? Any space left over for 2.5in drives?
Same question, but with a 360mm rad mounted in front?

Is that in addition to the 3 'ez swap ones?

On the 509 I see:
2: 3.5 on top
3: 3.5 in the swappable caddy
4: 2.5 on the fan mounts
