And that's just extra safety precaution to prevent double clicks? How come some can get it lower than others with similar results? This is beyond my knowledge but I'd like to study it all in the future

because you can have debouncing without incurring click latency

just that 99% of people who write firmware either can't figure it out, or simply assume 10-20ms delay isn't significant

That is my literal nightmare about this mouse right there. I already bought into the massdrop, if I'm disappointed by Nixeus I will never buy another product from them. One shot boys, make it count.

You can always wait for OCN members to get hands on the mouse for feedback.

Personally for me at $40 it's not as critical and it's fun adrenalin smile.gif

$40 isn't much for a 3360 mouse, I am just not one to give second chances if the first one is bad.

You will lose nothing by waiting it out. There will be always be more mice coming out.

Interesting and you should probably work for a mouse company, you seem to know just as much or more compared to many of them. If that FM ever comes out and has a firmware flasher whatever maybe you can make like an ultimate low delay version.. lol

Anyway still hoping this revel is sick! Since I'm using a ZA pretty much any mouse will have a faster response at this point.. actuation is so damn stiff

Here's my best guess:
  • 400: Green
  • 800: Lt Blue
  • 1200: Blue
  • 1600: Purple
  • 2000: Red
  • 3200: Orange
  • 5000: Yellow
  • 12000: White

Thanks for the opportunity!

can confirm the last part, i personally know that the person in charge of mice in at least 1 of the big companies doesn't care about smoothing delay or click latency because, in his own words, "10 ms is insignificant compared to average human reaction speed of 200ms"

idk how hard it is to understand that when 2 players face off, BOTH are near that average reaction speed and hence huge click delays will have a decent enough impact on the outcome
