Questions about Bluestacks and PC app data

I have a Mi Band 2 click on link for some info about it http://www.wareable.com/xiaomi/xiaomi-mi-band-2-price-specs-release-date It is a fitness tracker. It downloads your fitness data to an Android app. Does anyone know if there is a way to download the info from the Mi Band to my PC. I was thinking that I could use Bluestacks on the PC and download the Mi Band app to Bluestacks on the PC, but how do I transfer the data from the Mi Band to the PC? I have found an app called Xender that involves downloading an app to my tablet and my PC. Xender will transfer the data from tablet to PC but I would like to cut out the tablet and go straight to PC. There is also Bluestacks Cloud Connect Here is a video link with a brief tutorial on Bluestacks Cloud Connect https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oi9s7ZKfIzo It also involves first downloading to the tablet app and then transferring to the PC, but I dont know how either of these will work with the Fitness app. If I send the info from the Mi Band to the Tablet will either one of these apps send all of my fitness data to the PC or is there another way to do it? I know that the 2 apps I mentioned will keep both of my apps updated and if I download an app to my tablet I am assuming it will send that info to my PC and it will download on my PC as well but I wonder how it works with fitness apps and if it will will keep all fitness data in sync

Thanks.

Just took another look at the Mi Band specs and noticed that it only has Bluetooth and no WiFI. So theres that to.
