Best quad Rad for GTs and pump setup for low noise?

It's my second attempt on water cooling with the first one being semi-successful. I was satisfied by the cooling performance but not on the noise aspect.

This time I want to learn from my mistakes and plan ahead with your help for a sucessfull setup on both fronts.

The cpu/gpu blocks are irrelevant, will go for a higb performance design anyway and choises are few with minimal differences anyway.

Where I want your help is with the Radiator and the pump-reservoir.
To begin with, the case is a Thermaltake Core P5 so space is not a problem.

1) RADIATOR
I wont need much cooling capacity, as I hate multi-gpu so the max would be a heavily overclocked cpu and a gpu.
However since tbe case allows for it, I want to go for maximum performance with the only constant being the fans used. I absolutely love the Gengle Typhoons AP-15 and already got 9 of them so I want to put them to good use. So the question is simple, which is the best quad 480 radiator (whatever thickness) to pair with 8x GT AP15 push-pull?

2) PUMP - RESERVOIR
On my first attempt I was very disatisfied with the pump-res combo. At the time the case was a corsair 650d and I was kinda forced to use an xspc bay reservoir with laing D5 combo. Not only the noise from vibrations was irritating, but also the filling-removing bubbles and also turning the dial on the D5 were very tough to do.
This time obviously I will use a big tube reservoir to make my life easier (and for looks, really like them) but I hesitate to get a pump-res combo.
The pump will obviously be a D5 again and this time the PWM version for easy (and possibly automatic) speed dialing. However on the noise front, I was led to believe that a pump-res combo will always have noise because the pump cant be decoubled properly... Is that true? I am forced to mount them seperately? Or maybe a form of decoupling the pump with the stand will be enough (even if the res is on top of it)?
Lastly, on the reservoir, which model is suggested with quality in mind? I want around 250mm tube, and a choise is the EK x3 250, but I hear plastic is not very nice for the tube... A fee years back I know XSPC made a glass one, tbe photon,. Today what is the best choice?

1. Cant find specs on those but they seem to be high static pressure fan so pretty much any radiator will work great, anything from low fpi to high fpi youll be fine.

2. I went from a bay res d5 to a ekwb d5 res and the sound difference was night and day. Even in my Core X5 mounted with 2 screws (the way i have it mounted since i did not want to drill) its quiet and i have it running at 75% at all times ( 3550 rpm to be exact) you will NOT hear it over the fans and thats for sure. Once its bled and micro bubbles gone its totally quiet. Even if i turn all my fans off its inaudible.

Well, you're looking for quietness with your second.

Im not saying pick this specific rad, but pick the the RPM's you'd likely be using most of the time and choose the rad that way.

I want the rad to have the best performance when running GTs push-pull at max 1850rpm. When I lower the fan speed I dont care about absolute cooling performance because I will be doing stuff that a quad-thick rad would already be overkill even passive to be honest (let alone with 8 fans at 500rpm for example)

I would like some more opinions on the pump noise too...
I accept the fact that with pump-res tube combo it will be much better than the atrocious bay res, but stil if it can get even better than that I am ibterested...
Someone elsewhere suggested as the best option to hang the pump from the reservoir. I mean connect it with a small piece of tygon on the bottom of the res and let it hang by it so that it is in the air and touches nothingbut sounds risky reliability wise...

Honestly i have perfect pitch and ridiculously good hearing. If a d5 was loud, i wouldnt have one in my build. I hear my fans over the pump, theres no vibration, no resonance no nothing and im at 75%. See how its mounted.

its mounted to a very thin steel rail with only 2 screws going into it. The reservoir has no much rubber and anti vibration designed into it the thing makes 0 noise. The pump itself doesnt make noise lol.

The new Monsoon MMRS pieces for D5 have grasshopper mounts available that offer excellent decoupling. Short of hanging the pump, which as you say is not ideal, it is the best I have found. The system also happens to be incredibly flexible, and most find it to be very good looking.

As far as the rad, here is extensive testing using 1850rpm GTs - http://www.xtremerigs.net/2015/02/11/radiator-round-2015/5/
