Brand new to overclocking, need help

Thread Starter
Ok, so I have an intel 4790k chip, and a great cooling system. With tests I have done, I know my chip is safe to overclock and works well under serious pressure. Only thing is, I have absolutely no clue what to change in my bios. Ive tried just changing the clock rate on cpu, but that still doesnt change anything and it still runs at 4.00ghz, I would like to try to bump it up to 4.5ghz if I can, any help is great, thanks.
