EVGA GTX 980 Ti Classified (Ref) for $449... good deal?

I need some quick input on this. I've been waiting for either a 1070 or dual RX 480's. Now, newegg has tempted me with this interesting deal.

Question. Is this a good deal, and if you were in my position, would you buy the card? I have a monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440, and my 3GB GTX 780 isn't cutting it on newer games (The Division, Battlefront, Witcher 3).

Need to know soon, as if this is a good deal, I want to jump on it before it is too late.

Looks like a pretty good deal to me. I paid $700 for mine late last Summer. An awesome card for sure!
