Good pricing move on AMD's part. Since they know polaris cannot perform at the same level as the GP104, they priced it a lot cheaper to gain better reviewer and market acceptance. Nvidia has been awfully quiet about the 1060. It would seem like they are setting up a counter depending on how the RX 480 turns out come launch day.

Now I wonder how Vega will fare against GP104 and does AMD have an even bigger chip to go against the GP102?

We might get different Vega sku's, one a 490 variety and one to combat the new Titan.

Pound has dropped like a rock so it might make things cheaper. I don't expect the VAT, customs or anything else to change just yet
