Opps might be in the wrong place

I am slowly getting this case better on a budget smile.gif



But I keep running into frustrations like this replacement riser cable.



As you can see it broke in the packaging before I even got it, but I didn't see that till today. I wondered why it only lasted one boot frown.gif

Germany support don't seem to monitor their email, so I haven't had a reply, which is very aggravating. Even Mike (thermaltake hardware rep) hasn't replied as I cc'd him in.

Where do I go from here do I say sod it and just buy a replacement or stand my ground give them one last change. Man this spoils the experience with this case.
