mine is 1.5 when i run 1.5 ram, so there is a coralation there because when i run 1.65 ram it goes up (auto setting). so, advice is leave auto or maybe give it a slight bump over 1.65v (if that's your ram voltage), which is what i have been doing (and my reasoning) and having it at 1.07v not sure if im wrong, but that's my method. i am self taught tho bwahaha

No chance at 4.5 GHz here, but 4.4 GHz seems stable. Doing it with GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 SYS.

The only way to get 4.4 GHz on all 4 cores is set the turbo boost multiplier at 44 and disable all CPU advanced features features except, perhaps, EIST. CPU does not go 4.5 GHz even with 1.5 V.

However, base multiplier does not go above 40 no mater how much voltage you add to VRIN, RING and VCORE.

That being said: 4 GHz is max base OC, and 4.4 GHz is the max turbo boost OC.
