Aftermarket Cooler for 1070

Thread Starter
Just picked up this bad boy:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127955&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-Veeralava%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=6202798&SID=

I was looking for a really good fan/heatsink combo for it. I know they are brand new but is anyone aware of any coolers that will fit? Preferably a really good one. I can't seem to find any info on it.

thanks!

You just bought a msi custom cooler card, what are you looking to do?! putting an aftermarket heatsink on it will more then likely just make the temps hotter. If you got a reference blower card i can see looking for it but you stated you bought the msi card linked. You wont find anything better unless you watercool it. and vga aftermarket coolers arent really that good at all. Only the AIO liquid setups are good really, none of the air ones are worth it unless you have a blower design and you have the ability to run it with a open fan config. hope this helps a bit.

Your main options, depending on compatibility, are the Prolimatech MK-26, the Rajintek Morpheus, any of Arctic Cooling's GPU solutions, or "The Mod" -- mounting a CPU AIO to a GPU.

Anything else...would be a downgrade.
