in America it will take 5 years of planning 10 years of debating 2 years of trying to get the money then an additional 1 year before any building phase begins then at the middle of the of building phase ppl will come out and be like "oh nuhhhhh its going to go ova duh budget we neeed moar money" then the state will sue the company that provided the lowest estimate for going over the budget and then after 5 years of doing nothing but arguing in court the state will then be like "we came to an agreement the state will pay a portion of the overrun cost and the company will pay just a small portion of it." then we can finally have a built etc. within a few years

^Heck, you sum up road projects in the South. tongue.gif

Sounds of of it though, the video for the train ceremony sounds wack.

Guys.... this is NO JOKE. It is time that everyone of you who sees more in this opening ceremony to start thinking.... and MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE!

References, I posted this about almost a year ago here on OCN. Take the time to read it.

Choose benefit over detriment.
Choose life over death.
Choose love over hate.
Choose The Infinite over Darkness. (most universal way of saying it regardless of religion)

P.S. The ceremony is the welcoming of Lucifer / Satan into our world. Things are gonna get bumpy in the near future. Within your choice you will find protection from this evil, so long your heart is true.

what a strange ceremony.

lets face it, only way they build a tunnel like this is if they had other interests, perhaps there was an alien vessel discovered, and they wanted to go check it out. Conspiracy theory aside it's an awesome statement of how far we have come engineering wise.

next up tunnels under the ocean.

LOL, probably. It's sad that we can't have any high speed rails here. I wish we would just let the companies do their things and great innovation would come about, but of course the government must always intervene and ruin it.

The environmentalists would never let you build something like this in the US, it would disrupt the breading cycle of the endangered deep earth worm
