Yes we already know game recommends 6GB of VRAM for ultra textures.
What I want to know is, is the GPU really processing with ultra textures or it is just high/medium or low texture even if I have explicitly enabled / applied ultra texture in game's settings ?
Though I get 5-10 fps loss with ultra texture as compared to high.

The game is running on HD 7850 1GB at 1600 x 900 (19.5").

GPUz:
With High textures,
Dedicated VRAM: ~975 MB
Dynamic VRAM: ~820 MB

With Ultra textures,
Dedicated VRAM: ~975 MB
Dynamic VRAM: ~1780 MB

As we see shared video memory increases with ultra texture and I get some fps loss and apart from some kind of AA improvements on furry objects, I can't tell the difference between high and ultra. What I am wondering is that is the GPU really rendering with ultra texture or the game has some kind of dynamic textures and it reduces texture quality whenever it doesn't have enough dedicated VRAM or it just didn't load ultra texture at all during level loading because the GPU didn't have enough dedicated VRAM ? If latter is true then why is it loading extra textures in shared VRAM ? Just wondering if anyone else ever faced something like this.
