I'm going to try it on both (.86) and (.925), if power draw changes, it's a problem with GPU-Z. If it doesn't change, then core voltage is locked with memory voltage somehow.

Yeah, it seems that the core voltage is locked to memory voltage somehow, even though if I dropped core voltage enough it the drivers would crash.

Did you UV all 7 DPMs?? If so , then driver crash can be explained...

When you UV the idle DPM, the idle clock becomes unstable... Think about it

I experienced all of these when i UVed my R9 290...

Yeah, but it gets very conservative from state to state at that low voltage. The lowest I can go in Wattman is .8V. So we're talking a difference of 10mV between states.

Anyway it doesn't matter anymore since the memory voltage is tied to core voltage

Now that we've talked about it... I should set my memory voltage to the minimum I could get. Which was .89.

Edit: Although the memory stability seems to be getting really wonky at these low GPU voltages.

just set both voltages to .95 and OC both core and memory to the absolute limit

And give us scores ASAP please ... 😁

So, .915V was the lowest I could get with them both stable.

I was only able to upclock 1% (10MHz) from there to 1110.

1100/2000 (.915/.915) ~82.5W

To answer your first question, I was getting 10975 +/-10 consistently at 1100/2000.
