No overclocking whatsoever.

The drive is connected to the M.2 slot from the motherboard.

Is there any recommended BIOS modifications to be done to get the most out of NVME drives ?

Power save, slow frequency on cpu and memory kills ssd speed smile.gif

This is OCN biggrin.gif

If you haven't already install the Samsung NVME driver (via device manager - update Standard NVME storage controller not the disk drive) with driver from
http://www.win-raid.com/t29f25-Recommended-AHCI-RAID-and-NVMe-Drivers.html
Look in section H: (spoiler) for link. When installing disregard message from Device Manager about can't verify driver.
BTW Fernando's Win-Raid.com site is the **** for all things storage!

Well I'm more than happy! thumb.gif Fresh BIOS, fresh Windows 10 install, I'm sure I can get even more out of her if I do some OC/Tweaking

I can't even see the green drive with my video cards installed.

Nice drive! For reference here is my three 500gb 850 evo running off a Gigabyte Z170x-gaming-7 motherboard in Raid0 without any restarts or tweaking.

My next drive will be one of these but I may get a few years out of the three drives I have atm thumb.gif

Great runs there Nizzen. Those 961's sure seem to scale much better in R0 than the 950's. thumb.gif
