Skadoodle and Semphis: Logi new mouse - Page 132

Fyi there's already a DA shaped mouse that performs very well... The original 3G one with Legacy software.

Sadly... I'm not even trolling.

Anyway, to get back on track, I'm going to need to get a new mousepad for this soon. I don't know why, but I always feel the need to have on pad for one mouse. Anybody have any recommendations? I was thinking of the Razer Goliathus Speed or Zowie GS-R to go with this.

I'm pretty sure the latest version of the Corsair Sabre uses the 3989 aswell.

It's Razer's modified SROM.

I guess my post wasn't clear enough. Sensors are the same yes, so exclusivity isn't really there, especially with seemingly minor differences in terms of performance between the set.

AFAIK the Razer SROM just adds DPI. Logitech's goes a little further. Either way, it will be enough.

Thats absolutely absurd.

Wow OP really caught this one early on. This mouse looks amazing though. May have to pick one up. I still have a 2012 Deathadder =/ hmmm....maybe I shall do a review on it as well, comparison video inc!

Okay, thanks for clearing that up for me.

Zowie will be the main competitor of Logitech once they use the 3360.

and on their new gen 3360 mice they will probably change the scrollwheel to an 8-notch one. :/ because who needs a good scrollwheel for "esports" "its just for b-hopping, right"

imo they would have to do way more than just putting the 3360 in.

Yes. Zowie/BenQ needs to improve their scrollwheels (alot) and make LED optional on the models that uses it...

The "no software" is not a plus in my book.. I'll rather have software available + onboard memory.
