It would be really cool if they made a white version. I'm digging those prototypes.

I'd like something a bit smaller than G100s to make sure it won't stick on my palm while playing.

I like the mouse to contact my palm when I am playing FPS games because that makes my aim more consistent. If the mouse doesn't touch the palm it can freely move in a direction I don't want, to stop that will require more effort.

It looks like it's the same size as the G100s.

They showed us stuff, without fulllly showing us. Awaiting more.

I think they gave you all the info need to know minus the weight.

Profile/CPI button, springs for the main buttons, 2 side buttons, rear LEDs, 3366, similar size to G100s, etc.

They gave us enough to keep us hungry. We want more. More shots more everything.

After seeing the video I am disappointed in the shape; it will annoy me to the same level as the G100s does.

The sides slant too much -- forcing your ring finger into an unnatural position and bringing your small finger to close to your ring finger. I didn't like that when I used the FK, Diamondback, G100s, etc. They also seem to be round like the G100s, which causes my small finger knuckle to hurt after an hour of playing FPS games.

Then there is the lack of width for the main buttons as the sides come up to the level of the buttons.

If I were to use this mouse I would have to modify it to stop it from destroying my ring finger (and potentially my small finger as well). I might as well just stick to my modified G100s.

I took the weight out, thinned out the button piece where it bends and added tape to the sides for a better grip. I haven't done that much to it because I was using the WMO more and lately I have been switching between the FK and ZA13 (of course also reshaped with gaffer tape).

I guess the only reasons I would buy the new G200 to replace the G100s is for the side buttons and 1000Hz. In that case, I already have a FK with side buttons that weighs less than 80g without the cable.

Basically I don't think you can really get a solid really accurate answer. I could be wrong though. I've never actually though about trying to compare lengths in a photograph accurately and I'm quite tired right now.
I was only posting the information again so that anybody new who wanted to try had the information they needed. As I said before, VolsAndJezuz estimate is about as good as it's going to get until gamescom.

I'll be honest if shape doesn't pan out for me it won't the the end of the world holding a G900 but I'm hoping for a lighter mouse with same quality build which this one looks to have. The M1 & M2 / scroll wheel on G900 has me spoiled.

Did he say medical advisers worked on this project? = shape that doesn't induces arthritis with persistent use hopefully. tongue.gif
