Skadoodle and Semphis: Logi new mouse - Page 96

Hopefully by the end of August. They have it all loaded up, they just need to pull the trigger.

Tried to get as close of perspective as I could with my g303 (does anyone have a g100s they can do this with?). From what I can tell these are the differences:

  • Top of hump a bit more forward, and maybe a bit taller overall
  • Buttons seem to have more of a downward slope at the very front
  • Scrollwheel further forward (thank god)
  • Obviously less of a radical design in the back
  • Possibly comfort grooves in the main buttons?

Hmmh, I am just worried it is too wide. I have the 95% the same grip as Skadoodle in that picture (my ring finger is closer to my pinkie and my pinkie is even more curved, pointing to the base of my thumb). Sensei for example is just too wide. Rival 100 is OK but would prefer it more if it was a bit smaller. We'll see.

I haven't been this excited for a mouse for a while. This mouse is my favorite shape style. The last time I was this excited was for the Ninox Aurora, but was too afraid of its issues to ever pull the trigger on purchasing.

I'm not particularly concerned about the added weight of the LEDs and the sidebuttons, those can be easily squeezed into g200 and still be in g100s weight territory because the g100s has a 20 gram weight inside of it.

My G100s weighs ~66.5g without the 13.5g weight.

Knowing Logitech, this mouse will be that light but won't come with extra weights, because only heavy Logitech mice come with weights (looking at you, G502).

Well, they did put a weight inside the G100s because the G100s felt too light for majority of consumers. The lightness gave the impression of a cheap product that will easily break.

well if they did truly take advice and opinions from Skadoodle and semphis like they showed in their latest video i would assume it would be pretty light around 90g or less as most CS players do not like heavy mice
