Ditch hub or Fan Xpert?

Thread Starter
EKWB liquid cooling (of CPU and GPU) all-in-one solution with Asus motherboard.
I have the EKWB hub plugged into my main CPU fan header.
Question/Issue:
Asus software Fan Xpert 4 fails fan tuning procedure (stalls at 52%).
Asus BIOS Q-Fan control works as expected.
I assume that when the Fan Xpert tool goes through its tuning procedure it stalls when testing the CPU header and finding both the EKWB pump and fans on the same channel. I imagine the best work around is to power the pump on a motherboard header (bypass the EKWB hub). Anybody have a similar experience?

Ditch Fan Xpert. It's a sad piece of software at the moment (which you also have clearly figured out).

Quite agree, it's having serious problems profiling all my Vardar's on my motherboard. (And Speedfan can't see all fans and sensors to control them). We need something like.. a Signalkuppe maybe?
