You can try 1.38 or 1.4 for 4.7 or 4.8 maybe, but still 4.6 is good as it is and 1.35 is really safe voltage

No more than 1.4 on air is a good rule of thumb.

Ok. Iv installed the 212 EVO, Arctic silver paste. Currently I get 26c idle and 60c load under intense gaming. Is this good?

games are starting to use the extra threads, and the trend will only continue as development shifts to dx12/vulkan

so i'd get a 6700k. a few years ago it didn't matter

DX11 titles will benefit from HT. I'm assuming DX12 will also like the extra threads. If you don't want to use HT you can turn it off via bios.

Properly written game will not be helped by HT. But HT can hide latency caused by system services. Generally if you are worried about HT or not, get 6 core. These two more real cores would help more than HT. (But of course 6 core would have lower top speed, at least without custom water loop.)

My new i7 6700k system with 212 EVO runs at 26c idle and 55-60c high intensive gaming. Is this good?

Is it overclocked? And what temperature is in IBT?
