What's your opinion about COUGAR gaming "Mice" ...? - Page 2

I found Cougar products to be quite decent. Good build quality and no issues with software. Their designs with metal parts add weight though.

Same here, found their current product range on par with Razer when it comes to out right quality and durability. Meaning that they are better than some famous, corporates producing these type of devices.

Just confused why the majority here ignores them, like their rubbish because the current range of mice produced by our more famous companies are nothing to write home about.

Let's be as objective as possible:

Zowie EC

Pros
  • No garbage software
  • Better cable

Cons
  • Side buttons are weird
  • Some people have scroll wheel issues (mine doesn't)

Razer DA

Pros
  • Better Customer support ( for when your DA breaks )
  • More lights I guess?

Cons
  • Razer Synapse
  • Razer QC

Same sensor, similar shapes, Huano vs. Omron is as subjective as you can get.

I never said Zowie made the perfect mouse, I said it was better than a DA, which it OBJECTIVELY is.

I don't know where the bad Zowie touched you that caused you to hunt down a comment in a thread that is NOT about Zowie mice.

Objectively, the Dadder Chroma has a better sensor.

Sensor is hella not the same
Never compare that shet to chroma's 3989 mkay
Zowie cables are great, that's truth, but having a software is not a con
Because if you need it - with zowie you can't use it, but with razer you can just not install it ;3 I'm using my da 2013 without synapse, and don't have any trouble
Let's say that way

Zowie
Pros: Cable, you can use it without software on some l33t lan parties, less rattle on wheel/main clicks
Cons: side buttons, sensor, no full functionality, scrolls usually feel sticky
Razer
Pros: sensor,FANCY LIGHTS SON, full customizability, side buttons
Cons: you can't use customizability without synapse, more rattle of wheel and clicks

Other: They BOTH use ****ty wheels, kinda same-ish hard plastic coating and fine teflon
And yes, I said that zowie's sensor is a con(IN THAT CASE)
They are not the same
Not even close babe
Chroma's is strictly better
sad but truth
None of them are 100% better than other
They are just different
but chroma is still better

Damn, you're right. I misspoke. Forgot that it has the 3989.

The 3988/3989 does feel more "raw". But, judging how a mouse feels when you use it is the very definition of being subjective. They both perform equally well.

I rly want them to perform equally, but many 3310 is not stable on tons of pads(for some reason), if you are using lowest lods
idk why it's so different to 3988/3989, but I and a lot of ppl I know encountered tons of tracking problems on lowest lod(like spinning out, negaccel, no movement on fast swipes etc)
Medium-high and high lods were fine though
No same problems with any 3988/3989 whatsoever
That's my main problem with 3310
it's not stable.. it's like badly implemented 3090 in terms of stability
and it makes me mad, because it's overhyped, and too many mice are using this sensor nowadays
3310's I used had the same thing
Lowest lod = unusable
Not just on 1 pad
I used 2 different goliathus speed(oldest and new one), steelseries s&s, roccat hiro, razer mantis speed, razer goliathus control(newest) and white razer destructor
it's weird.. and sad
Idk what they did to 3310's lod adjustment, but it's awful
But high lod performed WELL ;3
