AMD RX 480 Overclocking Performance With A Modded Cooler

A Non-English Website posted a article about Overclocking their RX 480 with a cpu cooler attached to it. The overclocked numbers like quite intriguing, as it could show the performance of aftermarket designs that reach these overclocking numbers.

JagatOC

TLDR: The RX 480 at 1.425 GHZ beats the R9 Nano in 3DMark and comes close in extreme and ultra, likely due to only having 32 rops.

It looks like they kept temps low, and used the maximum amount of voltage that watt man tool provided. But they also hit the silicon lottery with this card biggrin.gif, but if aftermarket PCB's can reach these levels, the RX 480 is going to be a beast.

Only 1 of 4 did 1.4GHz the rest was at the usual 1.33-1.35GHz limit.
