SiSoft Sandra Processor Arithmetic - i7 6800K lower than average score

Morning folks,

Been running benches day and night since I got my 6800K, loving the chip and performs incredibly in most benchmarks.

Specs/OCs as follows

i7 6800K @ 4.2Ghz (Cache @ 3.7 Ghz)
32GB Corsair DDR4 @ 3200Mhz CL16
Asus X99-A-II
Windows 10 Pro

Benchmarks as follows

My 6800K - GIPS - 211.73, GFLOPS - 163.20
Someone elses @ 4.0 Ghz - GIPS - 260.60, GFLOPS - 168.50

In the Cryptography and Multimedia benchmarks my CPU is exceeding expectations but in this Arithmetic bench its scoring way below nominal.

1 hour Realbench loop stable with around 6 hours of gaming and no crashes. It is NOT stable using Prime95 28.5 (1 core fails) but I really dont want to push 1.35v into the cpu and fry it just to stabilise for an unrealistic workload.

I have set the PC to high performance mode to ensure clock speeds are constant during benchmarking.

Cinebench score is 1340 on R15 for reference, which is performing as expected.

Update

I've run Geekbench, Passmark CPU and Userbench and they are all reporting scores in line with my expectations or higher.

Noticed that Sisoft Sandra uses AVX and AVX2 for its processor arithmetic. Maybe this is the cause?
