EDIT: I've set the Power Target to 110%, and increased the GPU Clock +35MHz, Mem Clock +204MHz. And it's still showing 1GHz GPU Core

Power target helps to reach higher clocks, but your making sure to apply the overclock and its not showing at all... Thats odd. maybe try doing a fresh install of afterburner or precision x which ever you are using. maybe its a odd bug.

You were right about the games not stressing the GPU enough. I did see it applied when it boosted to 1205. The added GPU target was reflected. I think since the game doesn't push the GPU core I'm going to run the memory as high as I can get it to go. I think It's stable at 3415MHz. Gonna test it out and see.

EDIT: looks to be doin fine at 3515MHz, so basically 7030MHz
