Didn't realize my pic was so rubbish. Was running 1490/1900 and 4.8GHz on the 8350

what card have you?reference or AIB?

I should be happy myself then being able to achieve 1475Mhz core 2250memory on the standard cooler of my Red devil card.I believe if I decide some day to put my GPU on water, I would be able to achieve some insane clocks

I'm able to get my Asus 480 Strix 8GB to 1400Mhz and 2250 on the memory stable in everything I have. I just have my power limit and voltage limit maxed out in afterburner. I can get the core clock to be stable in heaven at 1500Mhz. I run it daily at 1400Mhz obviously.

I have an XFX running @ 1288/2000 stock -

suggestions for quick shot? wink.gif

1500 on air? What voltage on core and temps are you getting if so?

It's a reference MSI 4GB with an XSPC Blade waterblock :)  I wish you luck getting past the big 1500 as I'm finding it's not so easy

1500 on air is very impressive. At what speed are you running your vram with the core at 1500? I'm curious as to what voltage your pushing as well. I can run 1400 on stock voltages with my ref card and right around 1440 with +50% power in afterburner. Highest that I've seen stable so far is 1498 @ 1.331v, still working on the vram.

My card doesn't even seem to like 1300... frown.gif

I haven't played with power settings though.. thinking.gif

only the RX580BIOS allows me to go beyond 1450Mhz core but with plenty of memory errors which I havent figured out how to fix (higher memory voltage doesnt help) and I should mention teh red devil triple fan becomes really loud to get the card stay below 80degC so 1500Mhz core on air is indeed a challenge
might push the testing for fun but wont be running 24/7 like that, thats for sure

I run the gpu fans on auto and when I'd benchmark 1500 it'd only hit like 78 max. I only added what voltage Asus allows in msi afterburner

I run the vram all the time at 2250. The vrm temps never go above 83c. The voltage seems to max out at 1.3 volts. Havn't bios modded or anything like that. I think I just got really lucky.
