[VC]GTX 1060 specifications leaked - faster than RX 480 - Page 66

in all the different reviews of 1080/1070/480 Ive read since early June I dont believe Ive EVER seen QB anywhere, not once redface.gif

I might have seen WH DX12 a few times

Hitman DX12 and RotR DX12 are the staples (often the only DX12 games tested) and if the review is good/comprehensive they also include DX11 results of those games, at least for RotR

Ashes comes up often, likely in more than half of the tests

source of those charts ?

besides you can always run RotR @ DX11 for nvidia and get superior performance redface.gif

edit: i see the source link, thats for the old/previous RotR patch (June 25-th), not the new one

and here theres a different picture, the 970 still loses, but the 980 beats 390X, 480 and Fury redface.gif

^ oh wow, 980 beats Fury X redface.gif

so according to TPU and guru3D, AMDs RotR Dx12 is as bad as ever redface.gif

Didn't the new patch come out only a few days ago? That TPU review is from the 29 June redface.gif

AMD cards gained performance from that latest DX12 update. Fury X now is faster than 980ti, while it was slower before. And if Fury X is faster than 980ti, you can count that 970 will be destroyed by 390/480

lol how embarassing it will be when 1060 matches rx480 without async ..... you guys will have to sit quiet till Vega I suppose, then you'll start pumping up the hype again.

http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/gpu_displays/rise_of_the_tomb_raider_directx_12_performance_update/5

and yet even with async implemented, Fury X struggles to reach 980Ti DX11 performance rolleyes.gif
