Looking for best bang for the buck. PC speakers, 2.0 or 2.1, black color under 70$

Thread Starter
Hey. I'm looking for PC speakers. They can be 2.0 or 2.1, preferably black, not too large. The price must not exceed 70$. I'm obviously not expecting anything high end in this price range, but I want to get the best bang for the buck.

My current choice is this: Logitech Z333 http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/product/multimedia-speake..., but I find them maybe a bit too big.

You might be able to find a used Klipsch ProMedia 2.1, for around $70.

That's easy. Go to Parts Express and get this combo deal: http://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-t-amp-and-b652-portable-speaker-system-bundle--300-650

I've outfitted a friend of mine with the same setup and it's worked great for three years.

If you're willing to spend just a few extra dollars, you can do even better.

Get these: http://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-b652-air-6-1-2-2-way-bookshelf-speaker-with-amt-tweeter-pair--300-651#!

And get this: http://www.parts-express.com/lepai-lp-2020a-tripath-class-t-hi-fi-audio-mini-amplifier-with-power-supply--310-300

That's basically the same amp, just made by a different company, and a newer version of the B652 speakers from the combo deal. I've been using the Lepai 2020A+ myself for about four years.
