DM1 pro or SteelSeries Rival 300?

I'm really having trouble choosing between the DM1 Pro and the SteelSeries Rival 300 (the black one). I've been using an older like 2011 or so Razer Imperator. It just now after many years started having the double click issue on the left click. Looking at the chroma, I'm afraid the same thing will happen—several people and reviews I've read say these mice are failing within a year and sometimes even a month of gaming. So I'd like to go with another brand.

I like a palm grip and my hand is about 17.5 cm long and 9.5 cm wide. I mostly just play Blizzard games mainly Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, and Overwatch. I also like that I can use both with a Mac. Any suggestions between the two mice?

Zowie ECA-1 or 2 is another option. But it doesn't look as comfortable as the DM1 Pro or Rival 300. :/

uhh they are two very different mice

rival 300 is very large and would probably be more comfortable for casual usage

dm1 pro will fit better with your hands, i have 18cm and ss rival, this is not good connection... i'll change my mouse next week to g303 and fix it by myself.

The DM1 pro does look comfy...it just looks like it would fit in my hand like the razers do. The side buttons don't look great, but I don't think I'd even use them... also kind of sad that the left and right clicks don't have grooves. :/ I don't know...I can't make up my mind.

Isn't that more for fingertip and claw grips though? I thought EC1-A is closest in shape and size to the chroma.

Yes, you're right, mb for the bad recommendation. If you like palm gripping I would say Zowie EC2-A(easier to grip than the EC1-A at your hand size), Zowie ZA12, or ZA13 would be your best bet. My hands are 18 cm and I love the EC2-A, and i absolutely hate the Razer Deathadder 2013 that I have because in CS:GO my hand starts to hurt because the mouse is too big for me. I'm a low sens player. Whereas with the EC2-A I can game on it for hours, but since the sides aren't matte/rubberized I have to wipe my hands and the mouse with a cloth every now and then because my hands sweat a lot (No Air conditioning in my room)

with the ZA12/13 it would be even easier for you control your movements because they have a little lip on the right side that helps you lift the mice. If I had to buy a mouse for palm right now, it would be one of these three. You will get used to the shape eventually. It doesn't have to be shaped like the razer DA thumb.gif
