asus gtx 1080 turbo - Page 2

Sorry to hear that. I was posting over on Slickdeals that it was not a reference design PCB, but people kept saying it was.

I think people got confused because of the reference looking blower, I have the 1070 version and am in the same boat, but am contemplating taking a dremel to an existing waterblock - that would depend on what I can research, as that idea wont work if I have to cut into a waterchannel to allow space for a component in a strange place

When you do take it apart. Would you mind snapping a pic of the pcb for archiving? I don't think I've seen one out there yet.

Sorry for thread necro, but i've found a pic of the 1080 Turbo's PCB here:

Can confirm, i have the Asus 1080 Turbo and the cap placement is the exact same as mine, near the 8-pin especially.

Does anyone actually have a pic of the 1070 board? Bitspower has a water block that fits the turbo gtx 1080, I asked them if it would fit the 1070 and they wanted a pic of the pcb. I can't seem to find one on the net and don't want to void my warranty by taking mine apart...

Dunno if it's possible to ask ASUS directly to see if the Turbo 1070 PCB is the same as the Turbo 1080 PCB. Can't imagine they would lop off a few phases just for the 1070.

Well for what it's worth... BITSPOWER is a korean company that has custom water blocks for a lot of non reference designs. I have two for this card

Does everyone still want a pic of the 1070 Turbo's PCB? I am willing to void my warranty if it will mean that someone can verify whether or not there is a block that could be retrofitted to this card. I really don't want to buy a new card.

Yes I would very much like a picture of the Asus Turbo GTX 1070 PCB....

I put one on layby thinking it was reference, I want to compare images side by side of the FE & Turbo 1070s so I can see what my options are...

I've searched the net for a pic of the Turbos PCB without luck, it would be much appreciated!
