Cant get lower volt after overclock

Hello, something wrong with my processor, I can not use same lower voltage after overclocking 1 level up.
Configuration before error like this I7 4790k 46x 1.225v cache 44 1.24v ram vengeance pro 8x4 1866 oc to 2133.
But 1 week ago I try to go 47 with 1.285v but still not stable (after 24-30 hours got bsod).
And I try to go back to 46x, but right now I got same problem using old setting (bsod 124)
I try give it more voltage from 1.225 to 1.25 but still got that kind bsod.
Oh I forgot, I use maximus vii ranger board and nh-d15s cooler with idle temp 40-50C with ambient temp 30C.
Anyone knows what is the problem here? Please help. Thank you.

Still error. At last got stable again with vcore 1.25 cache 1.26 (before 1.225 and 1.24). Anyone knows why that happen? Thank you for all your help.

I think you are putting too little voltage on your overclock(s).

Try this and see if it helps:
4.6 GHz = 1.25-1.28v
4.7 GHz = 1.28-1.308v

I leave my Uncore / Cache clock at 44x with ring (VRING) voltage of about 1.2v. You should overclock core clock first and leave cache clock and voltage on auto. Do that later because too many variables you need to change.

Edit: Oh and keep under 85°C during stress tests on the CPU cores.

Before my pc never got that BSOD with only 1.225 vcore (use it for many months with pc only restart for once a week for maintenance). But I try to go higher (4.7) and up till 1.3 event it pass OCCT for 1 hour it still end up bsod 124 after 24 hours more. I know my place got high ambient temp (around 30c) with idle tem 45-50. And when I stress test got temp around 90-93, do not know if maybe that makes the cpu error. After I cant get it stable for 24 hours or more. I go back to previous setting (46) and it goes bsod too for over 24 hours. I try stress test again and got stable with more volt for 1 hours, but after 2 days, it got bsod 124 again. Now I try again with more voltage and will wait for how long the system got stable. Only need system stable for at least 3 days straight.
Right now I use below configuration:
Vcore 1.255
Cache 1.27
System Agent +0.3
Io Analog +0.25
Io Digital +0.3
Eventual 1.92
Ram 2133 - 10-11-10-30-1T - 1.6v but 1.58 usually enough (XMP 1866 - 9-10-9-27-2T - 1.5v)
