Computer shutting itself off.

Not sure what is happening, has just been shutting off and showing this message the past few days, however only if I let computer idle and not perform any tasks. MSI mobo, I7-4770K, G.Skill ddr3 4Gbx4, EVGA GTX 780

Try using only one stick of RAM. Your CPU is not overclocked right?

Try flashing your bios (might as well get the latest one). Had a MSI board do this to me. The bios just reset itself one day. No particular reason. Just did it. Flashed bios and reset my bios setting and never a problem again. Been running 3 years now since that. Just my experience so it might be yours but this is exactly what it did to me.
