I had this happen once when removing a gpu waterblock. Used a drill bit extractor that was the size of the thread of the screw , not the head, then used the extractor bit (in reverse) directly in the middle of the stripped screw. I thought this would extract the screw, but in reality, it separated the head of the screw from the thread, and i was able to remove the block that way.
