The waterblock is for the VRMS and MOSFET, not the CPU. Is that information still required?

Iv'e made some appointments with a few local companies. I live in a small town and there seems to be like 15 of them. Really big companies too.

Some of them are confident though that they can do it.

Yes, but it's not available. You'll have to figure it out yourself. You could probably do that from just looking at pictures of how other manufactures have done it.
