I had memory go out on me in a similar fashion. Was fine, never overclocked then system slowly became more unstable. After testing pretty much everything else I tested each ram stick (had 4x 4gb sticks at the time) and after 3 of them passed fine the fourth ended up failing after quite some time testing it The system was rock solid prior and replacing it with a good stick solved the random instability.

And yes, definitely remove any OC settings at all. If you've tightened ram timings, put them back to stock, etc.

I'll probably try switching some modules tomorrow, I got a second system I can use and switch sticks and see what happens.
I hope I'll get this BSOD cured.
If it's "just" the memory I'll be "happy"
I just hope it's not the processor or the GPU's
