[AMD] Crimson 16.7.1 Hotfix - Page 2

Radeon™ RX 480 limited PCI-E Bandwidth (PCI-E bandwidth is now at the correct speed on the Radeon™ RX 480) with Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.7.1.
Is this where the 3% improvement comes from, or is the performance gain from this in addition to the 3%?

nice now just waiting on all the re reviews and the 1060 then make my choise the right way

Yeah.. I will also wait for GTX 1060 and RX 470... but I wont buy GTX 1060(maybe RX 470). Gsync is just to expensive...

I mean even if nvidia will show better chips which will show better efficiency card will still use 120W and since I will be going for AIB probably with little OC ... +20-30W.

Maybe I get lucky and I will be able to undervolt and OC RX 480 or RX 470.

The 6pin can handle much more than what the 480 is pulling through it.

What.
Crimson is really good... If you dont like AMD then dont go for AMD card.
AMD fixed this problem with power and you can undervolt GPU and get loose around 35W.

I just like freesync and Gsync, but gsync is like 100-150€ more... which makes it hard to buy.

Look at power of AIB.. nowhere near GTX 1080 FE.

Its your money and your choice, but hating crimson makes you fanboy in my eyes.

I have an Nvidia card, I hate the GeForce experience, does that make me a fanboy?

Nope. But he didnt even try it... and he didnt even try old solution. Crimson is really great... not perfect. But I think AMD is on the right track

right i give a valid point that i do not like forced resolutions and then im a fanboy sorry get your fingers out of your rears end.

i also given a lot of critic about nvidia's scam practise and wel there drivers have blown up some cards in the past to so.
so might you be the amd fanboy who is going extreme here yes you are

as i stand i only got around 300 euro's for a card that i need use for the comming 3 years i dont need g sync i hate it free sync even tho i think its beter i cannot afford it so dont need any of it.

im just concerned as i have never EVER had to make a budget sized pc and play with it for 3 years can i be worried yes thats my right
