It means that your email isn't going to be given to another colleague to deal with. That email is probably an automatic response to let you know that they're not in the office.

sure, could you guide me what's the popular software used to test this? IIRC there's one that shows a is faster than b measured in ms, but i just can't recall its name.

My english is not that great and I don't get the context of the highlighted text. Does it mean I will have to send a new E-Mail on 5th August or it will just be delayed until then? Sorry for dumb question

Hey crzg and all others who received an out of office notice. Please do not worry, your orders will still be processed and shipped by our team. Should you have any questions - the best way is to contact the support team from a store where you're purchasing your unit. Each website we operate has a support email listed. Do not hesitate to use it.

The automated reply message is sent when contacting the official European store (support@dreammachines.pl)

Has anyone who preordered in Eu recieved any info about shipping?

I've downloaded the software and i'm wondering if the test is valid. I got different results depending on the way i bump the mouse. So i tried my best to find a relatively stable contact point of G303's RMB (yellow) and DM1's LMB and below is the result: G303 wins

Damn I should have just linked you the english version soz biggrin.gif

Thanks for doing the test, the dm1 pro 3310 was faster than the g303 for me by 2-3ms so I was kinda expecting the same result. This isnt bad at all though.

You know another reason why i say i doubt about the test is that i actually get better result using dm1 3360 in humanbenchmark reaction time test. Really hope there's more scientific way to test this.

Hey Everyone,

Sorry for any confusion. Please, ignore that message. We have paypal payments go to this person who tracks them for accounting, but of course while he is on vacation this week (lucky him) there is us staying in the office all night shipping orders (yes, we have another person watching paypal). Most orders shipped today and the rest of the pre-orders will ship tomorrow. If you want a tracking number in USA please write to that contact if in EU then to support email on the EU website.

I hope you guys love our mouse. We had so many orders both USA and EU office have been working all day to ship as many as possible. Honestly, we still cannot get through them all, but we will do it by tomorrow as we know this is so important to everyone.
