Qnix qx2710 or Crossover 2795QHD

So Im looking at these monitors and Im struggling to see the difference except price. They are both 27 inch IPS displays, they are both 1140p and the both OC to about the same level...but the qnix is 100 to 80 dollars cheaper...well not now actually the crossover has dropped in price a lot and they can be had for a hair under 300 now so the difference is more like 50 bucks.

The only thing I can tell is the qnix is a couple years old...

Any other difference I should be concerned about?

There is a reason the Qnix is cheaper. Its not the same display that first appeared on the scene 3-4 years ago. As of late 2014, they switched to lower quality parts and build quality. No full frame as before, just corner braces, which is not as sturdy and may leave gaps between the panel and bezel. They sometimes also use a different panel than the original with a slightly reduced color space and is not as vibrant as the original. And they nearly all have PWM now. Therefore, the Crossover is the better buy at the moment.
